Money Refund Policy

We at Dr.Pathcare Pluslabs value transparency and trust. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for all our patients. Kindly go through the detailed policy below before raising a refund request.

1. Document Submission: To initiate a refund request, please submit all relevant documents and reports that support your claim. This helps us review the concern thoroughly and ensures faster resolution.
2. Report Comparison Timeline: In normal circumstances, comparisons between test reports will be valid only if submitted within 7 days from the date of report delivery. Requests beyond this time will not be entertained.
3. Chronic Conditions Exception: For patients suffering from chronic illnesses, exceptions to the standard 7-day rule may be granted. In such cases, a maximum period of 15 days is allowed for report verification, only after approval from our internal Quality Assurance Team.
4. TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Variations: TSH levels can fluctuate based on various factors such as sample collection timing, fasting status, medication, and patient’s hormonal cycles. Therefore, only significant deviations will be considered for refund eligibility.
5. Lipid Profile Tests: Lipid values are subject to frequent variations due to diet, physical activity, and other health parameters. Hence, minor fluctuations in lipid profile tests will not be considered valid for refunds.
6. Discrepancy in Results: In case a patient suspects an error in test results, we offer a free re-sample. This re-sample will be sent to two independent partner labs — one being our own and another being a standard reference lab. If both partner labs show consistent results that differ significantly from the original, a full refund of the test cost will be provided.
7. Final Decision Authority: All final decisions regarding refunds rest solely with our Quality Assurance Team. Their assessment will be based on all submitted evidence, sample evaluations, and cross-lab analysis. Their verdict will be binding and final.
